A sacred spiritual destination dedicated to Lord Shiva
Shivadham Temple was founded over 25 years ago with the vision of creating a sacred sanctuary where devotees could connect with Lord Shiva and experience the transformative power of divine grace. What began as a humble shrine has blossomed into a vibrant spiritual campus serving thousands of devotees.
The temple stands as a beacon of Sanatana Dharma, upholding timeless Vedic traditions while welcoming all seekers on their spiritual journey. Our mission is to foster a deep sense of community, service, and devotion among all who enter our sacred precincts.
Shivadham Temple is envisioned as a sacred Shiva Panchayatan mandir, shaped by traditional northern Indian temple architecture and the natural sanctity of its surroundings.
The mandir follows Nagara Vidhi, the dominant northern Indian style of Hindu temple construction. Its defining feature is the graceful curvilinear shikhara rising above the garbhagriha, drawing the devotee's eye upward in a gesture of prayer.
The sacred plan is centered on Lord Shiva, with the Panchayatan tradition honoring Lord Ganesha, Goddess Shakti, Lord Vishnu, and Surya Deva around the central shrine.
The temple is associated with the same engineering lineage that contributed to the construction of the Somnath Temple, bringing experienced temple-building knowledge to Shivadham's sacred form.
The Paondhoi River begins in the Shivalik foothills, flows through Saharanpur, and joins the Dhamola River. Its path runs directly near the Shivadham Temple site, adding natural serenity to the campus.
Daily pujas, aartis, and spiritual programs to nurture unwavering devotion to Lord Shiva.
Community service through annadan, gaushala, educational initiatives, and volunteer programs.
Discourses, Ram Katha, Bhagwat Katha, and Vedic teachings to spread spiritual wisdom.
A united community of devotees, volunteers, and seekers walking the path of dharma together.
